At Ocean Design, we pride ourselves in being able to fabricate whatever type of door you need. All of our doors are custom made to suit your design and taste. We are certified to make 30, 60 and 90 minuet fire rated doors up to 10' in height. From one door to one thousand no job is too small or too large for our production department.
What are fire doors?
Fire doors have been tested against the elements of smoke and roaring fires to last 30 minuets, 60 minuets, and 90 minuets. Fire doors are used for residental or commercial applications depending on the city or town codes. 20-30 minuet fire doors are typically used in residential homes where the house meets the garage. 90 minuet fire doors are paired with fire rated frames depending on the codes.
